The end of the deal was marked with a celebration at the Golden Grove High School, where regional general manager for Delfin Lend Lease, Kelvin Trimper, addressed the audience, which comprised, among others, the South Australian Premier, Mike Rann and a number of city mayors.
Trimper told the audience: “One of the groups deserving accolades are our solicitors, Lynch Myer. Innovation carries risk and both the Government, via the Land Management Corporation, and private sector, via Delfin, wanted to, understandably, work within legal frameworks which minimised risk yet accommodated change. You provided this advice both expertly and expeditiously. Thanks, with special mentions to Kevin Lynch and David Martin.”
Lynch was a member of the project management committee from the start to finish. Martin provided legal advice on all stages of the project. Martin also works on the Delfin Lend Lease/Land Management Corporation Mawson Lakes project, and provides legal advice to Delfin Lend Lease on its various property developments throughout Australia.
