VHA has consolidated and expanded its core network and outsourced - to Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) - the management of numerous key facets of the network's operations and maintenance.

According to Corrs, the transactions form part of the consolidation of the Hutchison and Vodafone Australia networks into a single network, following the recent merger of the two companies.

Corrs assisted VHA in negotiating with and selecting from the various request for proposal (RFP) respondents, as well as the negotiation and drafting of agreements with NSN.
