Blake Dawson has acted for Francisco Partners which has entered into a Share Sale Agreement with ABB Group (ABB), advised by Allens Arthur Robinson, under which ABB will purchase all of the shares in EAM Holdings Pty Ltd - the holding company for the Mincom Software Group - from Francisco Partners.

Mincom is an Australian company with global operations providing global software and services, specialising in enterprise asset management solutions for asset intensive industries. Mincom's key clients include government and defence support, as well as mining services providers.
The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
