The contract, which was signed over the weekend, will see Serco provide non-clinical services including facilities management and support services to the WA Department of Health at the new Fiona Stanley Hospital.
Serco's legal team was supported by Gadens partners Paul Brown, Scott Laycock, Anthony Connor and Antoine Pace, along with senior associates Daniel Murnane and Nicole Szorenyi, and solicitor James Beckley.
"Serco's international expertise in delivery of health services stood them in good stead when WA Health ran a competitive process to select its partner on the project," Brown said.
