Deal significance: "We worked with our clients, Macquarie Capital and Goldman Sachs, to document and launch the transaction in an extremely tight timeframe which ensured that Kingsgate could move quickly to take advantage of current market conditions to raise capital for its exploration expenditure plans,” said Andrade.
