CLAYTON UTZ is not moving from its Sydney offices at One O’Connell Street — at this stage.
Managing partner, Sydney, Craig Pudig confirmed last week that the firm’s lease at O’Connell does not expire until 2013. However, like all tenants, “particularly with the lead time it takes now”, the firm was considering its options.
“We have 20,000 square metres of space we occupy at One O’Connell and we love being there — it’s a great building and the landlord is fantastic,” Pudig said. “But if the firm continued to grow at its current rate, it would have to consider either taking more space at One O’Connell or find alternative lodgings.”
