Hoser is one of Australia’s most respected securitisation practitioners, and Freehills says the firm hopes she will strengthen its presence both in local and international debt capital markets and securitisation.

Joining Freehills in July, Hoser said she is keen to work in the firm that is recognised as being “top of its game”, arguing that it gives her the opportunity to work with and develop a “truly top-tier” securitisation team.
