MacDonnells will be incorporating the other firm as part of its strategy to enhance its presence in the Brisbane market, and to meet the needs of its growing client base.

Don Macpherson, managing partner of Lees Marshall Warnick, said that clients and staff will “have access to a much broader range of resources, services and opportunities”.

The combined firm will offer greater specialist expertise and more depth in several practice areas, including local government, property development, town planning, commercial, corporate and workplace relations.
