William Roberts appoints insurance lawyer

An insurance lawyer has left his position as partner at Holman Webb Lawyers to join William Roberts Lawyers as a special counsel.

William Roberts Lawyers, which recently celebrated its 10th birthday, has appointed Bruce Cussen as a special counsel in its insurance team.

 
 

Mr Cussen (pictured) has more than 22 years of legal experience and is an accredited specialist in personal injury.

Before joining William Roberts Lawyers, Mr Cussen was a partner at Holman Webb Lawyers for six years and before that a partner at Henry Davis York for seven years.

Mr Cussen has experience in general insurance, indemnity and policy advice; product and policy liability claims; public and general liability insurance claims; catastrophic personal injury claims; professional indemnity insurance claims; life and disability insurance claims, business interruption and industrial special risk claims; property damage claims; aviation and marine claims; and insurance claims involving fraud.
