The award-winning lawyer will also have a strong presence in the Thomson Geer Sydney office.

Mr Reynolds brings expertise in advising clients in the energy and resources, technology, health, agriculture, retail, manufacturing, construction and infrastructure sectors. His areas of focus include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate advisory and debt and equity capital markets.

Thomson Geer’s chief executive partner, Adrian Tembel, is excited about Mr Reynolds’ move to the firm. “Matthew’s experience and reputation in the equity capital markets space in particular will perfectly complement the already outstanding skills and experience within our national corporate & M&A team. We are excited to work with Matthew and look forward to the great outcomes he can achieve for our clients nationally,” he said.
