THE BRISBANE office of McKays Solicitors has welcomed the appointed of Theo Tavoularis to partner in the litigation division.

Tavoularis is a litigation and family law practitioner, experienced in alternative dispute resolution, contested estate matters and master-servant actions. He comes to the firm after many years as a successful sole practitioner.

“[Tavoularis] is highly accomplished in conducting a broad range of difficult and complex contested matters and we are delighted to add his considerable ability to the McKays team,” Paul Agnew, partner in charge at Brisbane said. “His appointment as partner is definitely an asset for the firm and our clients.”

The firm’s newest partner brings a strong client base that has been developed through professional, community and sporting networks in South East Queensland. He is chief legal officer with the Freemasons, Queensland, and is a long-standing member of Football Brisbane’s Disciplinary Committee. Tavoularis also undertakes pro bono work in Brisbane’s Greek community.
