Queensland commercial law firm Travis Schultz & Partners (TSP) has appointed a special counsel to its Brisbane office.
Travis Schultz & Partners (TSP) has expanded its team of personal injury lawyers with the appointment of Sarah Grace as special counsel in its Brisbane office.
With over 18 years of legal experience, Grace brings a strong track record in handling plaintiff personal injury cases, including workers’ compensation, Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and public liability claims, according to the firm.
Before joining TSP, Grace spent nine years in various roles at Shine Lawyers and later served as a principal lawyer at Maurice Blackburn for more than a year.
Grace’s appointment brings the Queensland-based firm’s legal team to 24 lawyers across its four offices in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Cairns.
Managing partner Travis Schultz welcomed the appointment, highlighting Grace’s extensive experience in personal injury law as a valuable addition to the firm.
“We are thrilled to have Sarah join our team of expert lawyers in Brisbane. Sarah’s experience and expertise in the field is a huge gain for TSP and our vision to build a team committed to excellence with a values-driven approach,” Schultz said.
Speaking about her new role, Grace shared her enthusiasm for joining TSP, saying she was drawn to the firm’s unique combination of legal expertise and genuine empathy.
“The expertise and empathy at TSP is unparalleled. It’s a superstar team that I am so proud to be a part of. I believe that law is not just a profession but a vehicle for social good, one that should be grounded in empathy, fairness and service to others,” Grace noted.
This news follows the firm hiring a lawyer for its compensation team in mid-April and the appointment of an associate lawyer in Cairns in February.
