Siracusa will work on large projects and complex transactions in both the public and private sectors. She has practised in building and construction law since 2000, and has extensive experience in large-scale commercial and infrastructure construction disputes in all jurisdictions in NSW and Victoria. She has acted for and advised builders, contractors, developers, owners, government bodies, regulatory bodies and construction industry professionals.

Siracusa has also acted and advised on a broad range of commercial matters including property and development disputes, as well as environmental and land contamination disputes.

Siracusa’s focus will be on assisting clients with managing construction contractual claims, understanding their contractual rights and obligations, advising them on alternative dispute resolution processes and acting in relation to any construction disputes that are referred to arbitration / litigation.

Her appointment follows the recent appointment of two solicitors to the Melbourne Construction team; Leanne Olden and Michael Sharkey.

Andrew Whitelaw, who heads up the firm’s Melbourne office and its Building and Construction team, congratulated and welcomed Siracusa to TressCox.
