Rebecca Field joined the firm in Perth in September 2002 and became a senior associate in July 2004.

Her expertise in property and property infrastructure work will assist the firm to capture and grow opportunities in the E&R sector.

Alice Muhlebach joined the firm as an articled clerk in the firm's Melbourne office in March 2005 and became a senior associate in July 2009. She has particular expertise in infrastructure access and in complex merger clearances. She is expected to play an important role in the development of relationships with key Ashurst clients.

These two appointments bring the total number of new promotions to the partnership at the start of the 2012/13 financial year to 12 – six of whom were women.
