The property services group at Herbert Geer has welcomed a former senior principal lawyer at Crown Law as a special counsel.
Sharon O'Toole, who is based in Brisbane, was a senior principal lawyer in the property and infrastructure team at Crown Law, where she acted for various government departments in relation to their property and infrastructure dealings throughout Queensland.

Prior to being at Crown Law, O'Toole owned her own practice specialising in native title and Aboriginal cultural heritage before she returned to more mainstream private practice property law.
Her legal experience covers commercial and off-the-plan property transactions; government property and infrastructure; commercial, industrial and retail leasing, commercial business transactions and native title and Aboriginal cultural heritage.
