Gray has been appointed a partner in the Melbourne firm’s superannuation & financial services team, and brings with her former DLA colleagues Andrew Fairley, Jodi Preston and Lalitha Visuasam.

Fairley has been appointed a consultant, Preston has been appointed special counsel and Visuasam has been appointed senior associate.

Gray has more than 25 years’ experience in superannuation, financial services and trusts, and was previously a partner at Holding Redlich and Allens.

She joins superannuation partner Pamela McAlister and newly appointed partner Adrian Verdnik at Hall & Wilcox. Collectively, they represent some of Australia’s largest industry, public offer and corporate funds and have worked on numerous significant transactions in the sector.

Hall & Wilcox managing partner Tony Macvean said the combined team positions the firm as an industry leader in the superannuation sector.
