Ryan will work with HSF’s energy & resources clients on M&A and general corporate activity. Ryan has built a strong practice in the energy & resources sector with a focus on electricity and power and gas. His practice in HSF will continue to concentrate on M&A and providing general commercial advice.

Lyons has extensive experience in advising financial services clients on transactional, advisory/regulatory and corporate matters and encompasses infrastructure, resource and project finance, regulatory issues and capital markets, as well as corporate, property, acquisition, asset, agricultural and trade finance. Lyons also has a long-standing interest in business and trade in Asia and is a board member of a number of Asian business councils and associations.

Both appointments took effect early this month.
