The duo will join G+T’s national banking & finance practice in Melbourne; they also bring with them special counsel Luke Westmore.

McNair is an energy, mining & resources and infrastructure partner whose work extends across Australia, Asia and Africa.

Holland is a banking & project finance partner with extensive experience in project and infrastructure finance, PPPs, energy & resources and international finance.

Holland, who was replaced as DLA’s Australia managing partner in January, was also previously a senior partner at King & Wood Mallesons.
