Holding Redlich has appointed Martin Deutsch as a partner in its national dispute resolution and litigation group.

Mr Deutsch (pictured), who was most recently at Colin Biggers & Paisley, has experience representing large corporations such as banks and shopping centre owners.

Mr Deutsch specialises in property, retail tenancy and franchising disputes.

As a mediator, Mr Deutsch acts both as a party representative and an independent mediator. In 2004 he was appointed to the panel of the NSW Retail Tenancy Unit.

Holding Redlich national managing partner Ian Robertson said Mr Deutsch would be a great addition to the national team.

“He knows very well that this is an ever-changing, contentious and complicated area of law and has the expertise to help clients navigate this smoothly,” he said.
