Two join Curwoods Lawyers

Paul Wholohan and Tain Moxham have joined Curwoods Lawyers’ compulsory third party practice from a national firm.

Mr Wholohan and Ms Moxham have both joined Curwoods Lawyers from Holman Webb Lawyers, as a special counsel and a senior associate respectively.

Mr Wholohan has over 30 years' experience representing major Australian CTP insurers.

His comprehensive expertise in CTP claims has led to past appointment as a Claims Assessment and Resolutions Service (CARS) Assessor for the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (formerly the Motor Accidents Authority of NSW).

Ms Moxham has 19 years' experience in litigation, with a strong focus on representing major Australian insurers in CTP claims.

“We are glad to welcome both Paul and Tain to Curwoods,” said Scott Kennedy, managing partner of Curwoods Lawyers.

“The addition of such high-calibre lawyers to our team is in line with our philosophy of going beyond a transactional approach through our experience and knowledge, and allows us to continue to grow our strong CTP practice.”
