Chapman, previously with DLA Phillips Fox, specialises in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance and general corporate law. Advising on transactions in both the public and private sector, she will work within the firm’s corporate and commercial team. Chapman brings more than 10 years’ experience to the role and has written numerous articles on corporate governance, compliance and risk management for both in-house and external publications.
