Mann joins the firm’s business division on a part-time basis, bringing his considerable knowledge in stamp duty and other tax matters. He will also remain a professor at the Australian Centre of Commerce, Law and Tax at the University of Queensland.

I look forward to further enhancing the legal services the firm provides its clients, and mentoring some of the younger members of the team on some of the finer technical issues concerning these areas of law.”

Mann has received numerous appointments and professional honours for his contribution to the legal profession, and has presented at conferences across Australia. He has also written the legal books, Law of Stamp Duties in Queensland and Duties Legislation in Queensland.
