Macpherson Kelley has bolstered its property practice with the appointment of an experienced commercial principal lawyer.
Vincent Tripodina has been appointed as a principal lawyer in Macpherson Kelley’s Sydney property team.
Tripodina is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer with almost two decades of experience advising clients across acquisitions and disposals, development projects, leasing, capital transactions, and joint ventures.
He has particular expertise in healthcare and medical property, while also advising clients across the development, infrastructure, and government sectors.
The addition of Tripodina strengthens the practice's real estate offering in NSW, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to expanding expertise in core operational sectors.
Tripodina joins from Avant Law, where he served as a partner and special counsel for just under two years.
Over the course of his career, Tripodina has provided special counsel on major commercial matters, including a $100 million purchase involving adjacent office properties and overseeing national lease arrangements spanning more than 50 medical facilities.
He also brings experience within governmental entities, having spent time as a principal lawyer with the NSW Police Force and senior lawyer at Transport for NSW.
Macpherson Kelley’s national managing principal, Grant Guenther, spoke on Tripodina’s appointment, highlighting his vast experience across the technical and commercial areas.
