Milham has over 16 years of commercial and legal experience with a focus on the property investment industry.

He previously worked as a joint fund manager for the industrial property fund of ASX listed Macarthur Cook Ltd, as well as managing a number of other office and retail property funds and providing in-house legal advice on a wide range of property issues in Australia and overseas.

Prior to that, Milham was legal counsel for Australian Education Trust - a property trust managed by Austock Property Funds Management Ltd. As legal counsel Milham was involved in a large number of property acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, leasing and capital raising for property investments around Australia and in New Zealand.

Milham has provided legal advice to private clients and corporate entities regarding a wide range of property issues affecting retail, industrial, development and alternative property assets.
