Adding to Corrs' energy and resources and major projects capability, infrastructure partner Richard Guit joins the firm's Perth office, bringing more than 10 years of international experience in the projects, infrastructure and energy sector.
Recognised as one of 2010's "Hot 100" UK lawyers by The Lawyer, Guit has broad experience acting for trade sponsors, lenders and infrastructure investors across a range of transaction types and infrastructure asset classes.
He participates in the structuring of deals and advises across all forms of project and development documentation, including concession agreements, equity and subordinated debt documentation, bonds, guarantees and other documentation.
