Throughout his career, Mr Boone has gained experience in overseeing a wide range of complex cross-border financings and US capital market offerings of equity and debt securities after eight years in the New York office of Milbank, according to a statement from K&L Gates.

“He is a highly regarded capital markets, banking and finance lawyer with extensive experience advising companies, banks, funds and asset managers in Australia, New Zealand and the larger Asia-Pacific region,” the statement read.

K&L Gates also noted that Mr Boone is recognised as a leading lawyer in Chambers Global and Chambers Asia-Pacific as a foreign expert for US capital markets, based in Australia.
