Commenting on his new role, Mr Feltham said that he was attracted to Gadens Melbourne for its collaborative culture and strategic outlook.

“I am also looking forward to ensuring that [the firm’s] existing and future clients benefit from the specialist knowledge and experience I will bring, especially in the area of executive remuneration and incentives,” Mr Feltham said.

Grant Scott-Hayward, CEO of Gadens Melbourne, said that Mr Feltham’s expertise will complement existing capabilities across the firm.

“It gives us great pleasure to welcome Brett to Gadens,” Mr Scott-Hayward said.

“With 20 years’ experience in complex and strategic employment and workplace relations matters, Brett will help lead our strategy of further developing this key growth area for the firm. He advises international and Australian listed and private companies, and also has expertise in relation to all aspects of executive remuneration and employee incentive arrangements,” he said.

During his legal career, Mr Feltham has worked at Hunt & Hunt, Deacons (now Norton Rose Fulbright), KWM (previously Mallesons Stephen Jaques) and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
