NRF promotes three to partnership
Global firm Norton Rose Fulbright has appointed three of its lawyers to the partnership ranks.
The three lawyers come from the banking and finance, corporate and M&A, and real estate teams, and are located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane respectively.

In a statement, NRF said the three incoming partners “bring a wealth of experience in international and domestic work, and a strong understanding of many of our core global industry areas”, including energy, mining and infrastructure.
Kelly Davies, from the Sydney office’s banking and finance practice group, Andrew Friske, who is based in the firm’s Melbourne office in the corporate and M&A team, and Will Webster, who works in Brisbane in real estate, were all promoted to partner.
Speaking about the promotions, NRF Australia managing partner Wayne Spanner said the rest of the partners and he were proud to have been able to bring through Ms Davies, Mr Friske and Mr Webster to the firm’s partnership.
“Each has made a strong case for promotion and display the industry knowledge and expertise that we work hard to develop in our future leaders,” he said.
“Together with our recent pipeline of other promotions and lateral partner hires, we are building a strong foundation for continued excellence in client service in Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.”
