K&L Gates has appointed a new partner in its Melbourne office, who joins from Corrs Chambers Westgarth where he was the firm’s local real estate head.
Randall Gerkens has taken on his new role at K&L Gates, bringing with him vast expertise in advising developers, and government and private sector clients.

Continuing in a purely domestic environment after being exposed to this seemed hard to justify.
