Philip Lomax has joined Litigation Capital Management (LCM) as an investment manager in the company’s Sydney office.

Mr Lomax is cited as an England and Wales qualified lawyer who has worked in litigation and arbitration funding since 2015.

Prior to joining LCM, Mr Lomax worked with Augusta Ventures in London and Sydney, as well as in private practice law firm Elborne Mitchell LLP, also based in London.

“We are pleased to welcome Philip as the latest addition to the APAC team at LCM,” LCM CEO Patrick Moloney said in welcoming Mr Lomax to the company.

“Not only does Philip bring direct experience in litigation funding, but his international experience will bolster our growing global capability.”
