Beyond the firm’s brand, we ask how central training support is, as well as information technology, human resources, career advancement opportunities and culture in readers’ decision-making.
For lawyers, this is an opportunity to share – confidentially – what legal employers should be doing to attract new talent and retain existing staff, as well as outline the values or initiatives that are important within an organisation.
