Securitas advised on acquisition of Fredon Security

Global firm Baker McKenzie has advised Securitas on its acquisition of electronic security company Fredon Security.

Deal: Baker McKenzie has successfully acted for Securitas in acquiring electronic security company, Fredon Security.

Key players: The Bakers team was led by partner Lawrence Mendes, who was assisted by Emily Hunter, Kat Schultz, Alanna Rennie, Steve Hardy, Toby Patten and Rowena Baer.

Deal significance: Speaking about the deal, Mr Mendes said: “We were delighted to act for our client, Securitas, in the acquisition of Fredon Security which further strengthens their delivery of electronic security services to clients. The acquisition should formally close in January 2020.”
