Atomos pursues online streaming opportunities with capital raising

Maddocks has advised a global video technology company on its capital raising to accelerate the development of new online streaming opportunities.

Deal significance: Funds will be used to accelerate the development of new products to address the emerging online streaming opportunities and strengthen the balance sheet, under this deal completed by Maddocks.

The institutional placement of the new fully paid ordinary shares was launched on 11 May and was oversubscribed, with strong interest from existing shareholders and new institutions. A share purchase plan, offering existing shareholders an opportunity to further invest in the company to raise $1.7 million, will soon follow.
