Private investment group Tattarang, which is owned by the Forrest family, has been advised on its investment in NodeOne.

Deal: Tattarang has invested in West Australian-based fixed wireless and NBN provider NodeOne.

Value: Undisclosed.

Area: Corporate.

Key players: The Clayton Utz team was led by partner Mark Paganin and special counsel Stephen Neale.

Deal significance: Tattarang invested alongside another strategic investor, CVC Emerging Companies Fund, joining existing NodeOne investors including founder Nick van Namen and Amcom co-founder, former Vocus deputy hair and iiNet director, Tony Grist.
