Private investment fund Skip Capital, which is focused on transformation and technology, has been advised on its participation as lead investor in ZeroCo’s Series Seed capital raise.

Deal: Skip Capital has been advised on its participation as lead investor in Australian sustainable packaging ZeroCo’s Series Seed capital raise. The new capital will be employed to fund the continued rapid growth and expansion of the company, HSF said in a statement.

Key players: The HSF team was led by partner and head of venture capital Peter Dunne, who was assisted by associate Wendy Tian, solicitor Lisa Alderson, and consultant and co-head of venture capital (Australia) Elizabeth Henderson.
Deal significance: Speaking about the investment, Ms Alderson said: “It was great to be able to work with the team at Skip Capital again to facilitate their investment into this incredible sustainable start-up, and to continue to be a part of Skip Capital’s portfolio expansion.”
