Deal: Clayton Utz has advised ASX-listed Energy World Corporation Limited on the successful $65 million capital raising. 

Value: $65 million. 

Area: Finance, energy.  

Key players: The team was led by Perth-based corporate partner Liz Humphry and lawyer Samuel Pullin. 

Deal significance: The raising comprised a fully underwritten 1 for 2.21 pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer. 

Energy World Corporation Limited will use the proceeds of the raising for the purpose of making payment due under an existing convertible note agreement and to fund project development. Clayton Utz’s equity capital markets team continues to support its clients in raising capital on ASX, which is an ongoing strong source of funds.
