Key players: The Clayton Utz team was led by partner Liz Humphry, who was supported by lawyers Samuel Pullin and Sarah Thiruneelakandan.

Deal significance: The company’s listing, Clayton Utz said in a statement, “reflects the Exchange’s strong record in mining and resources investment”.

Speaking about the listing, Ms Humphry said: “We congratulate Michael McNeilly and the Metal Tiger team on this milestone, and look forward to Metal Tiger’s strong performance continuing in the Australian market.”
