Deal: Swoop Holdings Limited has officially listed on the ASX. As per a statement provided by Clayton Utz, the listing was effected via the acquisition of Swoop Telecommunications and NodeOne by Stemify Limited, with the relisted company renamed Swoop Holdings Limited. Tattarang holds a substantial shareholding in Swoop Holdings

Key players: The legal team advising Tattarang was led by Clayton Utz Perth-based corporate partner Mark Paganin and special counsel Stephen Neale, with assistance from corporate lawyer William Davies, tax partner Peter Feros and tax special counsel Cameron Forbes.

Deal significance: Swoop Telecommunications is described as being a fixed wireless and wholesale network infrastructure carrier based on Australia’s east coast.

Meanwhile, NodeOne is described as a fixed wireless broadband provider and licensed telecommunications carrier based in Western Australia.
