“Ashurst advised BSP in connection with all aspects of its ASX listing including securities regulation advice, fundraising advice and corporate governance arrangements,” a statement from Ashurst noted.

“BSP commenced trading on the ASX on Tuesday, 25 May 2021 under the ticker code ‘BFL’ and has a market capitalisation of over A$2 billion on the PNGX. BSP’s ASX-listing will provide a new source of equity capital to accelerate growth of its business, along with a new market and improved liquidity.”
