New partner to commence in Mills Oakley’s national corporate practice
Based in Melbourne, Mills Oakley’s newest partner addition will boost the law firms’ national corporate practice with his extensive experience in the space.

Continuing a transformational period for Mills Oakley, new hire David Eterovic will become the 10th partner in the Melbourne corporate practice, where he will use his expertise in capital transactions, restructuring and property development projects. This new appointment doubles the practices’ size in just this month alone.

Commenting on his decision to join the firm, Mr Eterovic said it was exciting to be joining a growing, efficient team “at this time of immense positive change”.

Mr Eterovic is a veteran of Minter Ellison in Melbourne, where he was an equity partner for 25 years and headed up its project and corporate finance practice. Mr Eterovic returns to full-time private practice after a two-year period elsewhere.
His expertise includes overseeing large capital transactions and development projects, project finance, limited recourse acquisition finance, corporate finance, restructuring and workouts, and related strategic commercial advice.
Mr Eterovic is recognised by clients as a multi-talented lawyer, combining an understanding of the business, creative problem-solving and detailed deal management in pursuit of their commercial objectives.
