New partner Jacqueline Haski has been appointed a partner with Moray & Agnew’s insurance practice, where she will continue to work with her paralegal team.

Commenting on the appointment, managing partner Geoff Connellan said: “The skillsets and capabilities Jackie and her team bring to our practice complement the very strong practice Philip Lederman and his team have created for our clients.

This is a great addition for us and our clients so early in 2022.”

Ms Haski, who moves from Wendy Blacker Lawyers, has years of litigation experience providing technical and commercial advice to a variety of insurers, corporate entities, public authorities and insureds on all claim-related issues.

The new partner is a specialist in the management and defence of complex, media-sensitive and high-quantum general liability, abuse, professional indemnity, medical malpractice and fraud claims.

Ms Haski also has experience in providing detailed coverage and indemnity advice as well as navigating multi-insurer arrangements, complex contractual and indemnity obligations between parties.
