Narryer Metals undertakes IPO, $5m cap raise
Listed mineral exploration and development company Narryer Metals Limited (ASX: NYM) has been advised on its initial public offering on the ASX and subsequent $5 million capital raise.

Deal: Narryer Metals has undertaken its IPO, which involved a $5 million capital raising. Piper Alderman assisted Narryer Metals in relation to all aspects of the deal, including pre-IPO acquisition of tenements and corporate restructuring, preparation of the prospectus, royalty agreements, tenement reports, ASX submissions and providing corporate governance advice.
