Building on the success of the acquisition of Australian fashion retailer General Pants, Hamilton Locke has provided advice to Alquemie Group on the acquisition of entertainment assets.

Deal: Hamilton Locke has advised Alquemie Group on a licensing deal with Disney, which will see Alquemie Group joining forces with Disney to roll out the well-known brand in retail stores and online across a range of apparel and accessories.
