Deal significance: Carlisle Health is a privately owned and fast-growing company specialising in the medical diagnostic imaging sector in Australia. Carlisle Health aims to use technology effectively as part of providing its services to patients in Australia and was delighted to acquire the Bundaberg Radiology Group as part of its growing portfolio.
