Effective as of 7 October, Krista Stewart has been appointed as the new QANTM company secretary, following the resignation of Nick Ward, which took effect on the same day.

Ms Stewart has over a decade of legal experience, having previously held a number of senior legal and merger and acquisition roles with Orica Limited, most recently as head of M&A and as general counsel.

This appointment follows the firm’s successful expansion into Singapore in June this year — as a continued response to “opportunities in high growth markets”, according to chief executive and managing director Craig Dower.
