Deal significance: Nightingale Intelligent Systems is a US drone technology company headquartered in Silicon Valley. It specialises in unmanned aerial systems (UAS) security robotic solutions and automating the physical security sector.

Further, a statement from Maddocks noted, its use of UAS is designed to meet the future security needs of critical infrastructure for asset owners, “and is considered a key area of growth and opportunity given the current geopolitical environment”.

Nightingale Intelligent Systems’ launch on the ASX comes as part of its global expansion strategy to disrupt the physical security market with automation technologies.

Commenting on the deal, Maddocks lead partner Catherine Merity said: “With major clients in key sectors across eight countries, Nightingale is seeking to disrupt the physical security market as the world looks increasingly for innovative security solutions such as drones.

“We were very pleased to work with the Nightingale team to successfully achieve its IPO and listing and place the company in a position to accelerate growth to protect critical infrastructure assets across the globe.”
