Jervois Global advised on $231m equity raising

Global law firm King & Wood Mallesons has acted on Jervois Global’s institutional placement and accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $231 million.

Key players: The King & Wood Mallesons team was led by partners Nicholas Pappas, Amanda Isouard and Jack Hill, supported by senior associates Rahul Mukherjee and Stacey Stellatos and solicitors John Grant, Jack Wheatstone and Arslan Ahmed. 

Deal significance: Jervois is a global supplier of cobalt and nickel founded in Australia in 1962.

Commenting on the transaction, King & Wood Mallesons partner Amanda Isouard said: “We are very pleased to have worked with Jervois Global on this important transaction. We previously assisted Jervois Global to raise a total of $313 million in July 2021.”
