The partner promotions come with a further five elevations across the Brisbane and Sydney offices, including one special counsel, one senior associate and three associates.

Ms Skinner specialises in property and injury liability insurance and has extensive experience in all aspects of public liability and property damage and product claims. Having conducted litigation in various Australian jurisdictions, as well as appellate courts, she has also been involved in numerous coronial inquests.

Mr Elliott practices predominantly in construction and engineering dispute resolution and construction insurance recoveries. He advises principals, contractors and consultants on various issues arising on major projects throughout Australia and overseas.
