National law firm Clayton Utz has advised accommodation provider Bridge Housing on its successful tender to develop the landmark $230 million Elizabeth Street project in Sydney’s Redfern.

Deal: Bridge Housing has won the right tender to develop the landmark $230 million Elizabeth Street project, for which it will partner with NSW Land and Housing Corporation to create 300 new homes.

Deal significance: Speaking about the matter, Ms Robinson said: “In delivering social and affordable housing and new community facilities, the Elizabeth Street project will both meet a critical need as well as contribute to the continued renewal of the Redfern-Waterloo area.
“We’re really pleased to have the opportunity to work with Bridge Housing and to bring our experience on social infrastructure projects to this particular project bid. We look forward to continuing to work with them, alongside Capella Capital, as the project is delivered.”
