Ms Wilson, the firm said in a statement, is a “highly regarded lawyer” with experience in corporate, commercial, dispute resolution as well as litigation, and expertise across agribusiness, structuring and asset protection, succession planning and estate administration, and litigation.
She is an SMSF Specialist Accredited Adviser and a Family Business Australia Accredited Adviser, and is also a member of the SMSF Association, Tax Institute and Family Business Australia.
Ms Wilson joins the firm from Holding Redlich, where she was a partner for more than six years.
The news follows the firm’s promotion of three lawyers, back in mid-February.
Speaking about the appointment, Sparke Helmore national corporate and commercial practice group leader Julien Castaldi said: “We are thrilled Kylie has decided to join Sparke Helmore.”
“She is an exceptional lawyer and will add further depth of expertise to our national team, and allow us to broaden our offering in Brisbane and along the entire east coast,” he noted.
Ms Wilson added: “Sparke Helmore is a very highly regarded firm, and I’m excited to be part of such an exceptional team and be in a position to contribute to its ongoing success and growth.”
